Chip Ferlaak—PGA Director of Golf and General Manager. A Commitment to Service, the Highest Standards, and Innovative Teaching.

General Manager and Grand Haven Director of Golf Chip Ferlaak has been a PGA Member since 2002; two years later, he earned status as a PGA Certified Professional in General Management. A native of Minnesota and a graduate of Saint John's University in Collegeville, MN, he now resides in Fruitport, Michigan with his wife Jody and their five children, Brock, Wyndham, Isabella, Ava, & Crew. 

Chip and his staff in the golf shop are totally committed to ensuring that members and visitors enjoy their round at Grand Haven. They monitor conditioning, ensure that golf carts are clean and in working order, make sure that the pace of play is at four hours, and provide a full range of the latest equipment—fitting is also available.
